The registered dental assistant program is a completely interactive course that will prepare you in depth for your new career as a dental professional including on the job training. After the completion of the course you will be able to take your RDA exam immediately. This means higher pay with more allowable job functions.
The RDA programs in California consist of eight total courses designed to prepare you to work in any dental setting such as: Administrative Assistant, Biller, Treatment Planner, Scheduler, Dental Assistant, Orthodontic Assistant, Oral Surgery Assistant, Hygienist Assistant, Lab Officer, Laboratory Technician, Dental Sales Representative and so much more.
In the Registered Dental Assistant Online Program we will teach you Dental Sciences, Chairside Assisting, Dental Radiology, Laboratory Procedures, Preventative Dentistry, Dental Specialties, Prosthodontics, Administrative Assisting, Billing and all will be applied during your externship in a real working dental office.
Each course is taught over a four week period consisting of evening Zoom Lectures on Thursday and Friday nights, as well as in class instruction on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. This schedule ensures that you do not have to choose between your education and maintaining your regular full time job.
After the completion of your externship and Registered Dental Assistant Education Programs you will be presented with your certifications for Coronal Polishing, Sealants, Radiology, CPR/BLS for Healthcare Providers, Infection Control, HIPPA, and the Dental Practice Act. We will also help you with your job placement after graduation.
When you register to sit for your RDA exam we offer prep and study sessions to help you prepare and feel confident before your test. While you are working we also offer refresher courses if you need to brush up on your skills.
